Because he isn’t comfortable around the basket and not a great vertical leaper. He had fear his shot would get blocked. I was the same way sometimes when I played, which is why I understand. It’s easy to watch and say what you would’ve or should’ve done when you aren’t in that position.

Afernee needs to get his crap together before the tournament, he has killed us down the stretch with his dumb decisions and poor shooting. The really stupid freshman type mistakes being the bigger issue.
