This is now a no win.
There is no way Harsin wants to stay here long term now.
His family is being dragged. His own ethics have been questioned.
It did not really need to come to this. There were a lot of reasons to be skeptical he would succeed here but this is really beyond the pale.
We are left with picking the least bad options going forward.

Saban won a natty with LSU and had NFL head coach experience. Don't you think that makes it completely different than a 10-12 win Boise State experience for his first year meta.

Funny you call people soft. He went into coaching, he came to the SEC, a horrible rumor starts, and now his family life is ruined. If he took it that hard, who's soft? And no, I wouldn't want it to happen to me. But if people were doing that to me, I'd have made a clear and strong statement if it weren't true by now. He hasn't done that....
In fact he addressed everything with ESPN besides that. Seems odd if he didn't do anything doesn't it? Wouldn't big bad arse nip it in the bud by now?

This right here shows what an imbecile you are. Calling somebody "soft" because their character, and the character of their family, is being attacked. He has. He said they were “bullshite”. And until it is actually confirmed as 100% fact, I believe him. Because what this sounds like is a few people in power never liked Harsin and are actively undermining him at every turn. I wanted a coach that wasn’t afraid to change the culture. Sometimes that means things are rough in the beginning, but this is still the beginning of Harsin’s tenure.

Saying a man is having an affair is pretty F’d up and posting the girl all over the internet. I hope she sues the shite out of every one of them. If I were her dad… some people would be getting house visits…
Also - you Do Not fire a coach after 1 yr because his recruiting class was 18 instead of 6. Geeze we have some low IQ people that are so messed up in the head.

Again, this has nothing to do with his recruiting ranking. There are off-field issues. Same shite that followed him from Boise. It's actually comical that none of you seem interested in perhaps thinking about the working conditions of the faceless Athletic Complex people.
The fact that his recruiting is a nightmare is just something makes it more prudent to get him out sooner than later, because he's not budging on that.

In a perfect world whoever started it would get banned from Auburn activities and sued.
