What reason/rumor is going around that McNeal is maybe getting kicked off the team? He just came out with the interview with him saying how he wants to turn things around from last year.

Edit: he certainly wasn't listed in the fictional 2-deep.

Holsey played safety in high school... but we need some length the position.

McNeal was seen at the athletic complex today so he's still around. No word that I can gather on what those personal reasons might be.

Was McNeal not the guy who had his father pass away this week? Also,

EJ praising Mincy and Davis says they've been the #1 guys since day 1... they've been very consistant.

Also praising JaVierre Mitchell. Thinks he has a good shot to start at LB.

Biggest concerts are safeties and pass rushers.

Is it me or is that completely out of nowhere? Wasn't he working at Star the whole time until he just got moved back to LB?

Javi went to star for just a little bit, but they felt he wasn't comfortable there and was moved back at LB a few weeks ago. Johnson said he is much better suited for LB and Javi is more comfortable playing there.

Also said he wishes the LB's would drop some weight so they could move better in space.

Auburn offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee said his wide receivers have improved overall as a group.

Lashlee said Quan Bray and Jaylon Denson have been the most consistent at wide receiver this spring.

Lashlee said Ricardo Louis and Sammie Coates have the side and speed to go vertical and make big plays. Both have the ability to make explosive plays if they become more consistent.

I thought that was weird. It makes sense, but he's said the two LB's he wants are big LB's. At least bigger than we've had the last couple years.

Johnson says that unless a LB its a first round draft choice they shouldn't be on the field for more than 45 plays a game during the season. Our second team is about to get a ton of experience

In a VIP article on 247, Ellis Johnson said Garrett and Therezie are playing as well as any star's he's had. Garrett is the highlight of the spring for him.

He thinks Mitchell is physical enough to play LB and is as good a tackler as any LB we have right now. And I know it was already stated, but he said Mitchell will very likely be in the running for the starting Will position.

I feel like half of Garner's criticisms are of Craig Sanders

Also, Gabe Wright with his underbeard and skin tone looks Middle Eastern
