What type of offense will AU be running under the new staff currently in place? Spread, WC, Pro-set ???

We should be ready to hear the term “multiple” when it comes to the offense. Harsin uses a few concepts. Whatever gives the offense an advantage

Good question. Harsin’s offenses at Boise State threw just about every formation type on the field.
It sounds like Bo will be going under center and lining up in the pistol a lot more than just straight shotgun formations all the time.
Harsin’s offense utilizes TE’s pretty heavily which is good news considering we have like 7 on the roster.

Probably. I honestly dont see anything "Odd" with the offense. I think it will still be run heavy and probably have some QB called runs. I expect it to be similar to what we have been doing without all the sideline bull shite.
Im hoping for a 70/30 run/pass

I watched this video of BSU vs FSU 2019. Nix will likely be in shotgun and under center.
I believe Harsin likes to play disciplined football and win at the LOS.

I watched a few Boise games. One thing I noticed is sometimes their offense looks very early 90'ish Terry Bowden. Heavy sets, two TE's, and receivers not spread out very wide.
Other times, however, they use a true spread set.
I sorta like the more pro-style elements - it's something different AU hasn't done since at least Borges.
Ultimately it will depend on what Bobo does. The way Harsin talks, the offense is his. So it might not be quite what he ran at Boise.

Purely anecdotal but I have a FSU friend that went to the Boise State game in Tallahassee when it was over 90 degrees (and Boise State still won,) and I asked him what he thought about Boise State then and his response was Boise State was a lot bigger.

All the info on Harsin's offense or even Bobo's is not extremely run heavy.
There is no way we will go 70/30 run/pass. In this day and time, and Harsin with his use of TEs and RBs that catch, will try to attain a 50/50.
If he has an accurate QB he will definitely pass the ball more IMO.

To expound upon that, Harsin's offensive lines have always been matchup based when it comes to blocking, compared to Gus who was scheme based.
In the past, Boise St liked to create mismatches where they could, using a combination of motion and formation to do that. If you could criticize one thing from Boise, it's that they often had plays that took a long time to develop, which led to a high risk, high reward situation.
