I think he is completely capable of building a championship caliber program. Wanting to fire a coach after one year is literally insanity. I’m glad this has happened, I know who to never take seriously again.
You can evaluate his product again after next season. Unless there is an absolute meltdown, like 4-8, 5-7 again, he gets year 3. That’s when you can BEGIN the talk of replacing him.

I guess you can call the players who don't like Harsin soft. But I personally wouldn't call Derek Mason soft, and he chose to leave. Also don't think Bobo was too upset about leaving. As has been said, it's one thing to work guys hard in practice. It's another to be a complete prick to everyone around you all the time.

He can't because he can't or won't do what is necessary to attract the talent that is required to do that. No offense, but a team of Shenkers isn't winning the SEC for you.

He is being checked for literal offenses. Abuse of people and staff. Nobody is running out to fire someone who has behaved like a Saint.
If the stuff about his mistreating people turns out to be true, are you going to come back here and tell me that you support a football coach who berates and abuses his staff? Is that part of the "winning process"?

Nice and glad someone spoke up from the team.
It’s interesting that a player throws shade towards Harsin it’s all true but another player making a comment of support and there is skepticism for it being accurate. lol
