We should get a matchup with Fla instead of them. We had the 06/07 games, then they played at our place in 2011 and we didn't go to Fla the next year. Now we don't play them for another 5 years. So, we'll have only played Florida 4 times in 14 years since 2006.

Throw out past schedules. Everything with the new format and rotation begins with the upcoming 2014 season.

I always look forward to the UF game... Looks like I'll be looking for a while.

They should have at least taken that into account. Auburn/Fla was once a great rivalry and to have us playing 4 times in 14 years is just bad for the SEC, imo.

There's nothing to do about that without a change in divisions or a move to a 9 game conference schedule.

Hate that idea and it will never happen.

I know it will never happen. I never said nor implied it would. The point of the post was to get people to question would you rather want to play UGA every year and Florida every 6th year or both every other year? Me personally I would rather compromise a bit and play UGA every other year with Florida. I know and understand the tradition of the DSOR but for me personally it does not mean significantly more than the Florida rivalry.

I would rather rotate the Bama game than UGA game. Oldest rivalry in the south has meaning

This should have happened. CBS should have demanded it just to make their TV contract more valuable. Hate that we go so damn long without playing UF, and hate that we don't play home and home with the rotating divisional opponents anymore.

Florida rivalry is significant but not worth interfering with either Bama or UGA.
