I love what I am seeing and Im a run first guy but Im not going to act like this was going to work against all the defenses we played.

I also love what I am seeing but am not sure if this is because our offense is doing better or Kentucky's defense just sucks

He tried last week a good bit and it didn’t work for shite. Luckily UK is banged up like a mofo.

This. Which is why I think the “let Hank get some experience hurr durr” line is ratfricking stupid.
Our starting QB for next year likely isn’t on the roster, and most DEFINITELY isn’t gonna be Hank.

We have said that for two years though. And its been throne. I think a lot of us thought he would go after someone this year and we didnt so Im not ready to totally agree with your statement.
Need to keep someone prepped. Even if we bring someone in, we need someone else who has atleast played some.

Thorne was the year one experiment. He hasn’t panned out. He did have a decent résumé coming in so he was worth the waiver year one in a bad class by nature.
Year 2 Hugh rolled with him rather than break the bank for someone like Ward. Whether he was right is something we’ll know next year, because he’ll almost assuredly be throwing mad money at the best available this off season.

We don’t have to wait to next year to know that Freeze made the wrong decision there. With Ward, we’re probably looking at only 1 loss or being undefeated right now.
