Is Damatrius Davis injured? He has more upside than Nix or Finley right now.

Bo shits the bed like Gus.
Because they both get in their own heads too much and second guess themselves. Losing the Natty to Jimbo did this to Gus, I will always believe that. He started second guessing everything and played things too close to the vest from then on.
Bo is the exact same way. He can never overcome adversity and only sinks deeper into his own head. Once he gains confidence on a big play, he is almost unstoppable. But he snowballs downward at the least bit of adversity. Once you see him chew teammates, he is always completely done mentally.

And you know this HOW?

Bo Nix is what he is and we all know what that is. He will never be an elite quarterback. He will never live up to his five star status. Like I said one month ago, I will be glad when the Bo Nix era is over at Auburn.

My thoughts as well. Harsin needed to pull Nix out of the game yesterday.

I got railed by certain people for my “It’s time to move on from Bo” thread.

C'mon guys.
If you look at stats and also saw the game you could tell what ended up happening:
1. Who had the most receptions? Our RBs. 10 or half of Bo's completions. The reason? As some of the analysts said, TaM was smart they sat on our WRs, knowing we couldn't really go deep much with their strength being their DL. Does Bo have a stud go to WR? No. So, most of the time he saw WRs covered, so he had to go to his backs or...
2. Who caught the 2nd most passes? His TEs. His go to receiver has always been Shenker, but they knew that too. So they covered him well, so Bo had to go to Deal or attempt to go Shenker or Deal more.
3. I don't think a WR caught more than 1 pass.
So basically it was a combination of our OL not handling their pressure, bc most of the time we were in 2nd and long and had to withstand their rush and blitz and Bo not staying calm enough and ended up getting antsy and putting more pressure on himself to do it all, which he couldn't against a really good D.
And please don't say we didn;t run the ball enough. We tried but when Tank and Hunter most of the time were only getting 1-2 yards on first down or 2nd down, it put Bo in tough situations trying to get the ball downfield.
And ofc Bo was old Bo, being inaccurate with his passes.

EXCELLENT analysis. Nailed it

Is it the OL or WRs fault Bo can't come within 5 yards on a deep pass? What about surveying the field to find the open WR? Is it the WRs fault Bo throws behind them when they are open? What about when our WRs are open, Bo skips the ball to them? We have three years of watching an offense lead by Bo and each year we have the same problems. At some point, some of you will realize it is Bo.

Brycee Young might’ve been 1-10 on the deep pass yesterday. But let’s blame the guy that has no time to throw and has the worst WR group in the conference.
I’m back. You’re fricked

Glad our resident Bo lover is back. I missed you. He is still an absolute trash QB. He'll get some stats vs the USCe's and you guys can bump your Bo Nix threads, but he will still be a sub-60 completion QB and throw the ball backwards like Jeremy Johnson.

He grades way better his peers on his team though. Students in Chemistry all bombed a test. The highest scorer made a 75 and you gonna search him out to criticize him right?
The fact that we beat Ole Miss and LSU thanks to Bo says you’re lying.

the problem is how
If I had reason to think D Davis or Finley were candidates to win the job next season, I'd be on board. But I've heard no one even speculate that's the case.
As for those saying Bo had a bad game, lighten up, etc. - No objection to the idea that Bo can be a 7, 8 maybe 9 win QB. But I think we legitimately know his ceiling at this point, so pumping in another year of investment into a guy with those limitations is a little frustrating.

That fricker gets paid and utilizes a scholarship to play for the school I graduated from. If the wind causes him to fumble and he skips passes to open WRs, I am going to critique him.

You’ve never seen Bo ever have a decent team except for maybe when he was a true freshman
Posted on 11/7/21 at 9:07 am to AUCE05
To think we r going to be a 12 win team with Bryce Young or Stetson Bennett (ha) is laughable. You have to have the trenches covered and some WR’s that can get open.

You should stop telling people this because you sound like an idiot. This is coming from a sidewalker

You being a sidewalker explains a lot.

Bo had a bad night and he’s super frustrating but we’d probably be 3-6 right now if not for Bo. Calm down
