I think we were just talking about it because some peoples opinions have changed.

What part of NO don't you understand.
How many overwhelming votes does it take for you to get the message?

No. Can we expect a referendum every 2 months?

Any vote other than no brings too much drama. So I note no.

Listen:
I, for one, will support y'all's decision no matter what the outcome is.
HOWEVER, this is a touchy topic that will always be brought up every little while as long as the borders are closed. It's like legalizing pot: some people are going to campaign for it, and those for it see no harm, because, hey, it's pot, while those against are against it because they think that everyone and their mother is gonna be lighting up on the sidewalk, when in reality it's not gonna be that ridiculous.
What I'm saying here is: Ross and myself are paying attention to your wishes. But be prepared for this topic to continue to be voted on every few months, because some posters will continue to push for this. If one day it happens, so be it. It probably won't be as bad as you think, just from talking to the other board admins and seeing how their adding of posters from other fanbases has gone.
But for now, it appears that we will not be telling Mr. Gorbachev to tear down this wall anytime soon.

I find it arse backwards that people who don't contribute are worried about the quality of the board.

I find it amusing that they feel so imposed upon to have to sign in and say yes or no...

Just because there are members that don't post "jimmies were rustled" every other post or post the same gif 1500 times doesn't disqualify them.

Does this mean that you will continue to vote on it if it passes? Or just until it passes?
If we allow a few on here, will there be a vote two months after? My guess is no. So what you mean is "until it passes"
I have to be perfectly honest. I don't want to open the doors up. But, I will honor what the majority wants. I am just one jackass here among many. If people want to do it, then just do it and get it over with. It seems the people who want it are going to press until it gets passed anyway.
Personally, I just don't understand the reason for it but hey, i don't know shite.
IF they are allowed here and it turns into a shite storm or decreases the good banter that we have here, I will just use another board. That is just a choice.
My last words one it and I won't vote on it again.

Sometimes NOT posting does contribute to the quality of the forum.

Okay gentlemen, we don't need this to devolve into a contributor vs reader shitshow. It's hard enough to keep track of the votes as is.
This is 'Merika...even the illegals get to vote
