I am still tying to understand why posters can't just talk to other fanbases on the Rant.
Some of us don't visit any other 'Auburn only' boards besides this one.

I can see your point, but Auburn is possibly the most trolled team on TD because of the abundance of LSU and UAT fans. I can only think of a small handful that would behave on 'our' board.
We could start by giving access to Vandy fans maybe.

I think it is because every other board allows access to opposing fans and have found it hasn't ruined the integrity of their boards. Some of those are Aubies and they would like to allow some of the quality posters of other fan bases access. It isn't as big a deal as most are making it out to be. However, I understand the opposing argument because I kind of go back and forth in my opinion on the subject.
I personally have access on two other boards but rarely post in them. In fact I haven't in months. Look at least Niño was being respectful in asking for a vote. It would be nice if others were as respectful back to him for asking. We are the only board that really is allowed to vote on it.

I am not opposed to letting other folks comment. I mostly just read anyway and the same twenty posters on our board are starting to bore me...I kid. Seriously though at the beginning of the season I was against this for obvious reasons. After a bad season, not knowing how this one would unfold, I wanted to just read our fans thoughts. We look good and everybody hates us again, so let it flow.
