So let’s say his moving is overstated, one of y’all’s biggest complaint is current recruiting.
Kiffin is recruiting worse than Harsin. Why should we make a change after year one to a HC with worse recruiting results?

The consistency in logic is non-existent.
"Recruiting is all that matters. If you can't recruit you can't win". Kiffin isn't even recruiting in his second year despite Top 10 hype, the hype of a QB that may be a Top 10 pick, etc. His recruiting is baffling; at least there are built in explanations for Harsin's struggle there (not from this region, trying to play catch-up, etc). Kiffin is in his 2nd season, came to Ole Miss after coaching a school in Florida, and before that was making waves as the OC at Alabama. Some time before that he was the HC at Tennessee. His name is known and he should have no problems with visibility or "connections" in this region.
What's even more baffling is that they have three 4-star commitments - and all of them are defensive players. Where the hell are all the offensive recruits who should be excited to play in his high powered offense? It looks like a complete fail on all fronts.

The thread speaks for itself. I’m a huge Lane Kiffin fan and believe he’s a better coach than what we currently have, and Auburn could’ve had him.
I’m not saying we fire Bryan Harsin after year 1 and then hire Lane Kiffin.
Now, if Bryan Harsin decided to leave for Washington like smoke suggests, then I would be all for luring Kiffin or Freeze away Ole Miss and Liberty respectively.

Ole Miss, in general, recruits very inconsistently. Take a look at their classes from 2008-present. They range from top 5 to in the 40’s.
Also, like with our class, this recruiting cycle isn’t over.

How does Ole Miss keep hiring better coaches than Auburn? Freeze and Kiffin are lethal.

Nick Saban
Jimbo Fisher
Lane Kiffin
Mike Leach
Lincoln Riley (maybe)
Whew… SEC West coaches are looking pretty stacked.

Cristobal and tucker sure have looked great this past week
They both have 9 wins and are both great recruiters with experience in the south.

Mel Tucker has absolutely not proven to be a "great recruiter". MSU's recruiting class last season in his first year contained a whopping one 4-star recruit. This year, their recruiting is "up"...but he's basically fighting off Rutgers and Indiana in the Big Ten rankings (both of which have a higher per-commit average than Michigan State by the way), and thats in a season where they won a lot of games and were ranked in the Top 4 at one point. Indiana with a record of 2-9 is recruiting at the same pace as MSU.
Michigan State has as many 4-stars committed as we do (5)...except with 7 more total commitments. Is that supposed to be impressive? The guy literally made $90 million or whatever his new contract is off the basis of one load-up of transfer portal players, most of which will be gone this year.

I have a feeling that Sparty will regret this deal with Tucker even more than we regret the 2017 Gustav extension.
Unlike with Gustav, they will be stuck with Mel for the next decade. I can't see their boosters ponying up $60-70 million (!!) in three or four years after he fails to even get them in the B1G CG.

Congrats to coach Clown. He’ll flip it and take over a bigger program and be fired within four years.

Now looks at us
You sound like one of those Bama fans that wanted to run Saban off after his first year.
Our coach sucks. Fire him.

It's actually sad. Expected, but sad.
