I think this is a direct result of AD Allen Greene talking to him and discussing ways to create a better personal image and interaction w/ fans and supporters.
Greene had mentioned late last year or early this year that he planned to work w Gus on some things to improve the program.
I think we are seeing the results of that w/ his PCs and now with this letter.
