I thought he was pretty inspiring with that speech. Then you see the other one where they’re having fun and you know he’s 1,000 times the coach Harsin is. I don’t know what his X’s and O’s are but he can have an OC and DC take care of that. I want to see a coach inspire players to be and do better. Prime seems like he can do that.

Sometimes that is the best medicine for those young men. He is telling them the truth. Not all will make it to the NFL. Most of that team won't so he is saying that if you don't want to put in the work you will never get there either a degree, Career, or make an NFL team. Totally legit. How many times have we complained on this board for kids throwing away their future by not making grades, getting suspended, etc. At that age some were going to war and or had already been and had to grow up. He is also correct that the you can't trigger people now a days as it is recorded and would create a big stink even if the kids needed that kind of talk

I'M WHITE BY THE WAY...but i guess I didn't see color and alot of other spots on the staff to fill, I was looking at great recruiters we had and now other teams have. How many white people do we need on the staff you would choose?

Agreed. I had no problem with him doing it. I just ish they all would but Deion is right, many coaches would get railed and ran out of the profession doing the same thing he did.
