Probably couldn't handle the constant hell(mostly deserved) he was catching from the fans. I had big hopes that he was going to break the streak of nothing having a NFL draft pick from the O-line. Hopefully 26 will be the year.

Well, a million dollars for him was a premium price. If we offered a "competitive" amount, I'm sure it was a pay cut.

Chaplin must be transferring to Paramount or Universal.

Chaplin was this years Percy Lewis. Much more talented but absolutely terrible in terms of discipline. I'm not crying about this

That is one one way for the short bus riders to interpret it.

Cant wait to to find the kind of left tackle that actually wants to answer our staff's phone calls.

At first I kinda read that as Atkins, but then it quickly turned into a hell yeah.

Considering Chaplin was pure garbage for us last year, not sure how you are thinking it's going to be that much worse.
I'm not even sure what you are complaining about on this count. Are you complaining that we aren't willing to overpay even more for an OT that royally sucked for us?

I hate yalls "overpay" buzzword that yall love.
You are not paying for shite.
If our staff cant even reach Chaplin then it's clear who is being rejected.

Hmmm, wonder if they met, and the staff wanted to retain him, but not at that rate. They told him what they were willing to pay, based on his tape. He got his feelings hurt and ghosted them.
Or, he got wind of what the offseason will be like and he said “nah. I’m out.”

Doesn't matter what you hate or who is paying for it, we have a limited NIL budget. That's the facts.
So once again, are you seriously complaining we aren't giving Chaplin a raise and think we should be spending over 10% of our offensive player budget (on the low side probably in terms of percentage) to keep him?
Or are you bitching just to bitch?
Because if it's the first part you've lost all right to call anyone an idiot on these boards.

You talk in speculation while given the fact that Chaplin ghosted Auburn. Hoke says it's not about what Auburn did but what Chaplin wants.

If you want someone better you're gonna have to do the overpay word. Oh dear.

And you keep dodging my question like a little bitch. Do you think we should be giving Chaplin a raise to stay, is that what you are complaining about? Yes or no?

I personally couldn't care less whether it's Chaplin or Auburn's decision if he doesn't come back. He sucked last year and wasn't worth the 1 mil we paid him, much less more. And that's true no matter who we replace him with, regardless of whether the are equally bad or better.
And the overpay stupidity is your attempt to deflect, not mine. I really don't care what we players as long as they make our team better and we win. Chaplin didn't make us better, so I really don't care where he goes.

Remember when you were crying because I said Freeze comes off as fake for coming to tears over our kicker and then it turned out Freeze completely made up the whole conversation?
How many times do I have to kick your arse?

I don't remember that at all. I do, however, remember defending Freeze for becoming emotional over the situation.
As far as kicking my arse, this is a fricking message board. You can't kick my arse no matter how hard you type. You post like an emotional teenager

I dont care if we have to do that or not. It's roster management. If you can't handle business dont pay attention to it.

Well then stop asking a fricking irrelevant question then. Duh.

I am sure the rest of the P4 coaches will agree with you.

The weak can always get weaker. He was an upgrade over Percy...

I assume you think that you're winning but you're only making yourself look foolish and emotional. You're a small person.
