That did look like man coverage. Probably with a couple deep safeties. After Norvell’s dumb 4th down attempt last week I am about ready to write off his FSU career. Just a whole lot of dumb from that coaching staff.

¡El Associo!, AKA the Iowa Hawkeyes vs Iowa State Cyclones, was a good proper top 10 matchup

I took Hickey Chick through this play by play today, starting with "What month and day / date was this game played" and finally (after going through the months in English for a minute - January, February, March, etc.) we finally got to 9/11 and what that meant and means to me here, and the memories of watching everything unfold on live TV, Just like 3/11/11 here, with the great Northern Japan Disaster.

Life and world-changing events for us all. I imagine most of us remember where we were, what we were doing the morning of 9/11 and for me, the afternoon of 3/11 from 2:46 pm onward.

Getting back to games across the country on 9/11, I set up the catch with our Stars and Stripes very well. I showed her the cat hanging on for dear life and gasps clip first, with everyone busting out in cheers. Then I showed her the catch and applauded a few fans who saw a problem, worked together drunk or sober, and saved a fricking cat for all of us in our flag on 9/11.

The story would be great on anyday, but please don't miss the fact that some people got together (and I REALLY want to hear the backstory from the guys that did this!), recognized and analyzed the problem and come up with an awesome American Team solution that for some, just saved some fricking dumb arse cat.

For me and I hope for many of you, and I don't think I am reading too much into anything, that was the highlight of the week and fist bumps to and drinks for everyone who helped get the fricking job done.

What a great day of what US college football is all about (this is never-ending and a lot of fun with HC - we also scouted Penn St. and reviewed tape of the ASU game today) and it hits me right in the gut, Saturday after Saturday after Saturday and everry day in between, especially here. I just love it. Am blessed.

ETA - I dare the most die hard cat hater to say this wasn't fricking awesome.

“As deep as the deepest.”

In that situation, I thought they would have 2 DB or even wide receivers standing on the goal line, and 4 standing at the 10 or 15 yard line. Then 3 at about the 20 yard line.
Rush 2 from same edge making him roll away.

They rushed 4 and that safety was lazy.

WDE MM1. Curious, but are you quoting Cat Stevens? Great song. Thanks Dad and the Easter Bunny (we always got albums at Easter;-). Sorry, but not, if I am way off.

ETA - This song works perfectly with AU football and Gus to CBH for lots of Auburn people I imagine. It's all good and War Eagle to the entire Au family.
