We saw Milroe throw the ball incomplete when all he had left to do was run out the clock. Saban came unglued so it might have been not technically been duckman either. The question is how does that happen given their numerous coaches and salaries.
Someone said Milroe checked into it which would make sense.

The difference is Miami did that twice.

So Cristobal saw them run the ball once and didn’t go ballistic like Saban did

I know what the difference is between the two.

Ive seen teams run the clock out. The difference is Milroe nearly gave the ball back to the other team because he completely stopped the clock (not even getting to increase in turnover risk yet)when he could have just taken a knee. At least a successful tailback carry runs the clock.

This is correct. They ran it in 3rd and 4th.

He had time to correct it. He didn’t.

That was his first loss of the year. He is still way more productive than.... Gus

Well you tried to act like Milroe throwing when he could've been kneeling was more acceptable.

Thats on you.

You can’t read. That’s on you.

Neither were acceptable decisions at all. One coach chewed out his team to fix the mistake, one coach let it continue to happen.

LOL. Gus beat his arse and has more big wins already than that clown will in his career. He has never won a big game and now, he can’t win the easyones. LOL.

There. You got what you wanted. A response. Go argue with someone else.

Stanford had a timeout. They had to run.

Gus just lost a game when he was up 35 going into late third and then lost to Kansas the next game.

Gus also did not know math. He inadveretenly screwed kids by ruining redshirts.

Run along pal.

Michigan football, up 23-21 on Michigan State with 10 seconds left, attempted to punt the ball deep to pin the Spartans and steal a win. The rest is history. Punter Blake O’Neill bobbled the long snap on the play, and felt the pressure from a big punt block attempt by the Spartans.

This is where you are going to feel like an idiot: Bama ran the ball next.

This Oregon situation isn't the same. You try to get the first down to ice it then kneel 99% of the time.

Why? Because they couldn’t run the entire clock out anymore. Which is literally the exact argument you’re making for Cristobal running it in the Stanford game (and it’s the correct argument).

You should really try watching these games instead making an argument out of absolutely everything.

I actually did watch the game. And yes, they could still run the clock out. Just barely.

I bet you feel dumb.

They ran the ball two times after that and still had to do that last play on 4th down to run the clock out. Even with that it seemed like there was still 1 second on the clock when the ball hit out of bounds.

You understand run plays take more time off the clock than taking a knee correct?

Thanks for finally catching up. You dont even know what you are talking about half the time

Not necessarily. It entirely depends on how long it takes for that knee to go down.
