I was an early 2000s student
Sky Bar
Bodega
Quixote’s
Ole’ Auburn Ale House
And plenty of keg parties at College Park, Harmon, Garden District before it all went ghetto on south college st.
ETA: I remember Highlands parties, then it got bulldozed down

I was late 2000's
Sky bar
1716
the duck
bodega/bank vault
and there was a place down opelika road, I can't remember what it was called, but essentially you could play pool and drink pitchers as late as you wanted, there were a few nights when the sun rose while we were there
I lived in and partied primarily in creekside which had just opened, among other places

Yep. More than likely played you in pool at some point.

I think I remember what you were talking about. Was it the one that was right over there close to Cancuns?

This for me. Mid to late 2000s. I miss Quixotes.

1) Supper Club at night early morning. Once left a frat party in Aldo Cella's limo after sharing some "fine" wine with the fella. they dumped/rolled me out of the limo at the club as they got on the interstate.
2) Waldo Peppers (3 for 1)- small bar in a hotel downtown. I drank many a lunch there both of my senior years with a young lady . She still occasionally will drink with me at lunch after all those years.
I rarely make it back to AU and don't really recognize it when I do. Not necessarily a bad thing.

Where was that again? I know I went there but can't place it.

I generally stayed away from the downtown bars. Preferred the dives. Fat Daddy's, Champs, Pourhouse, Duck and SC. Highlands was fun too with Trotline.

It moved to where the Hound is now for a few years before finally closing.

We had a lot of house parties at Eagle’s Landing. Had a few friends on either side of the complex. Some of those would get insane with how many people showed up. Just shut down the roads

I lived a year in Eagle's Landing. Yeah, there were times I literally couldn't get to my house and would have to turn around and go the back way through the duplex neighborhood right next to it

What years were you there, because good chance I was responsible for a few of those

The Tavern. Where Bottchers used to be. Also known as Pat and Dan's tax write-off. Worked there when they closed. When you got paid, it was a race to the bank to be the first to cash your check, otherwise it would bounce.

Wow. That's pathetic. Wasn't one of those brothers arrested recently for sexual harassment?

Does anyone remember CM Ride or the Zoo by the mall?
