There are so many things that will have to be worked on and so many mistakes for them to fix but I have always gauged a team more on how they react than what happened. The team really did not quit and everyone picked up their play in the
2nd half.

I love how they reacted in the 2nd half and how they all learned from their mistakes. Bo Nix played like a freshman a lot last night but we also go to see the upside of his will to win and fight.

So what happened with the Oregon Timeouts? Like Cristobal, I thought if you called a TO, the injured player could come back on next play.

The rules guy on TV said you can only use a TO to bring a player back in on an equipment issue (helmet off). Injured players who receive on the field attention must sit 1 play.

Did Moultry even play? Big Cat had his moments on the edge, but I hate when we line Coe and Davidson on the edge to try and get a pass rush. They need to be crashing up the middle.

Yeah TD played okay last night. I was really impressed with Truesdale.

That makes sense. Thanks.

Truesdale finished with 6 tackles, .5 sack, and a TFL.

He is a good compliment to Brown.

An interesting dynamic I never really thought about. The player becoming a fan.

Kerryon is a great follow on Twitter for gamedays for the same reason. He’s hilarious.

I will have to look at it. Just in my mind they are always a player and didn't think of them changing their perspective because they are not a part of the grind anymore.

The Davis comment was funny and cool that he saw this from our eyes.

Truesdale stuck out to me too.

I'll never understand why they insisted on having Coe slide inside. You cannot replace Dontavius Russell with Nick Coe. Completely different skillsets. The best thing that Russell did was anchor the interior so Derrick Brown could get one-on-ones. There's a reason Auburns D got run all over in the first half with Nick Coe playing DT.

The best and most beneficial unit moving forward has to be:
DE Davidson
DT Brown
DT Truesdale
DE/OLB Coe

I do think Steele/Garner needs to figure out the backup DT plan. Coynis Miller and Daquan Newkirk need to get healthy and be able to provide some good minutes if they want to stop LSU, UGA, and Bama running games.

Agree with all of that. Coe is a great player without a fit in our defense and that can be a detriment at times.

We need a backup to emerge but I’m thankful for Truesdale. That guy is an absolute unit
