More News.... Did not see it posted, LB Cam Riley and Safety Donovan Kaufman to the Portal. (Grad Transfers)
I'm slightly surprised with Riley's rating. Didn't realize he's 6'5" 240... If I were him I'd want to play some Jack.
Our secondary is ravaged. Kept us in games last year. Not liking losing so many guys.

quote:RW, CC, and PT area all really good. CC and PT are both big bodied guys with PT being the biggest of the bunch. CC seems maybe a little more fluid and can really elevate over defenders on downfield throws.
I think from a production stand point rw might be one of the best ever from Alabama. At the same time tho I think cam is just as elite of prospect in terms of future development with his size and speed. He almost step for step with Ryan in speed. I think cams better than Pickens was. They are two different style receivers but both almost seem like sure nfl bets
RW is inarguably the fastest. He ran the fastest 100m in AL last year ~10.5... CC and PT are probably both 11 something guys. Still fast - but RW is the elite of the elite in pure speed.

The great thing about milesplit is if they’ve run in a meet, their times will be listed.
PT:
2022 Outdoor
100m 10.94
PT:
2022 Outdoor
100m 10.94

I agree with you the rw is the fastest for sure especially in a 100 but I think cam will definitely surprise you with his speed, he doesn’t look as fast by the eye because of his size. He looks like he is just gliding around real smooth but he’s leaving people. Really would love to see rw and Bryce race, Bryce can absolutely fly.

Bryce Cain ran a 10.81 as a sophomore. I’m assuming he’s much faster than that now.

Cam Coleman ran a laser 4.47 a while back at some Florida camp I believe. Perry ran a laser 4.45 but it might be like the Auburn times. There's actually video of Perry running his 40

We are almost to the finish line of signing the greatest WR class in the history of college football

Antonio Kite would be a very good get indeed.
Regarding the 25 class, anyone give a synopsis on the OL we are looking at, our chances, their grade. Thanks fellas.

I knew he was a baseball guy didn’t know if ever ran track, I would assume he’s faster than that now. I’ve watch him in person and it’s obvious his speed is different and when he takes off nobody is running him down.

Man if we get like 4 of these dudes we're set for the future lol I love this
Posted on 1/16/24 at 6:07 pm to WareagleJr
You can only run about 3-4 meets if you play baseball especially for indoor and he’s a long way from the CrossPlex in B’ham where the big dogs run indoors.
I don’t think we have to worry about Bryce Cain’s speed

They want 5-6 OL next class, same with DL. It’s going to be a big boy class.

I expect us to land all except Mal Waldrep because he and his family are huge bammers. But we are in it for him. Dude is also better than his 3 star ranking. He’s a better prospect then Dowland in my opinion

There is another guard out there I just can’t for the life of me remember the name
Posted on 1/16/24 at 6:12 pm to CorchJay
Not worried at all I think he’s a guy who has flown under the radar some because he’s only played two years of football and cam/perry overshadowed him. I think he’s got a shot to really surprise people
