Dukes scoops breakdown:
— Auburn has a portal board similar to their HS one and there must be a consensus among certain stakeholders on who's offered and when, but position coaches are still recruiting and keeping things warm with those on the board.
By position:
QB: Auburn isn't looking for just anyone they're looking for the right fit. PM will have the largest influence on if and when Auburn will bring in a QB through the portal. If the right one doesn't enter then Auburn will look to the grad transfer market.
WR: the only current offers are to TCU transfer Jordan Hudson and Colorado transfer Montana Lemonious-Craig. Auburn has had some contact with UConn transfer Keelan Marion and Colorado transfer Jordyn Tyson is being evaluated.
LB: Cincinnati transfer Jaheim Thomas visited this past week and thoroughly enjoyed it, his top 3 was thought to be Arkansas, Auburn, and Wisconsin, but Florida and LSU are entering the picture.
Florida is pushing for a visit and LSU is showing interest.
— Auburn is in the hunt for 4* OT Daniel Calhoun and has been working on getting him and his family down for a visit. At a minimum he'll be back for an UOV with an OV still being worked out. His father wants to see more of Auburn and Auburn feels like they'll be in this recruitment until signing day.

4* LB Bradley Shaw will OV to Auburn in the fall and also intends to be at Big Cat weekend. He didn’t say or doesn’t know when that will be, however

He’d be a grad transfer getting his 2nd masters degree. This is his 6th and last year - he is immediately eligible.
