Though highly rated, all those guys are true freshman.

Makes it that much more important we get the Harmon fella at DT out of Michigan State, he would be a huge addition.

Like it or not Faulk is gonna move inside and some of these true freshmen will have to play early and often.

Okay Lanier, last year you complained we had a lot of receivers with experience but not P5 (you were right by the way) now this year you are complaining they have no experience.

So if they get in here in spring and summer and get some reps will they be "just right" Goldilocks?

Just kiddin Lanier, you were right about the mess of gruel last year, hopefully this new crop gets seasoned fast.

Im not complaining. Just because Im not balls deep in the rainbows, thats not complaining. Its just discussion. If everyone thinks true freshmen with no real experienced leaders are just gonna go out there are run wild in the SEC, they are going to be mad. Its the exact same situation as last year when so many of your laughed. A few of them were experienced but not going up against what they did in the SEC

Though WR is a easier position to transition to early, there are more parts of it than just jumping up and catching a ball. So many more

Thorne will be in his 4th season in college football so it will be his job to bring the young wide outs along, not the other way around

I dont just say shite. There is usually/mostly some reason behind it. Watching this dumb shite most of my old arse life makes you question things that need questioning. Those guys are going to have to block and do a lot of things against a very tough schedule. Its not 7 on 7

Do you think Coleman will have over/under
50.5 catches?

7.5 TDs?

That's pretty odd considering how long he has been in the portal. He jumped in right when it opened if I remember correct.

Must have some baggage or an extremely high asking price.

Bama freshmen WRs werent world beaters in 2017, but Jeudy, and Ruggs, Smith, had their moments. It was the playoffs and then next year when they broke out. They are a pretty good comparison to what we got. Only difference is they had Calvin Ridley and we dont.

Freeze isnt stupid. He has plans to keep them here.

Man we better have a plan in place if some of these dudes declare for the draft. I don't care how good some of these freshmen are, we need more bodies. I know there's a second summer window also, but damn we've missed on some guy's we could have used.

Looks like he's gonna have to now. My man better start eating half his weight in carbs everyday because he is gonna have to put some weight on to move inside.

His bio says he played at 6'6" 288 this year. That's kinda thin for 6'6" (for DT anyway). He needs 15-20 lbs or he better be a technique and fundamental god.

5th season. Which is why it’s laughable to see these people saying he’s going to improve drastically next season. We’re not talking about a guy that just finished his freshman or sophomore season. What we saw this year is who he is, someone that will beat the lower tier teams and that’s it.

Me trying to decide that now would be no different than knowing our win / Loss record

We are not bringing in a portal Qb. We are using that money to secure Williams. Hold on to your butts

I'll take Williams for three years over a portal QB. You or I could throw passes to some of these guys in year 2-3. The question is can we keep them that long?

Think I’d rather have Walker (6’4 295) move inside and keep Faulk on the End.

shite man. There is no guarantee that we can keep anyone for a year. Must less 3. Transfer portal and all.

Florida State losing all their transfer people who they got last year. Crazy situation

Other than Nix, have we lost a contributing player to the portal? The only one I can think of right now is the LB we lost to USCw a couple years ago, but he was in the dog house under Harsin.

We've lost players we hoped would contribute, only for them to go and contribute elsewhere.
