What I read was some troll started a thread on On3 that apparently spread over to 247 and forced Clemente to reach out to Thompson to ask if he was visiting Bama and Thompson said no.
Pretty sure all this is from Bama trolls on Twitter.

I think you take Soloman too as he is pretty talented and he also has a beast of a brother Zayden Walker is a 5* Edge for ‘25 and having two of his brothers could be a huge advantage.

I mean the idea was definitely thrown around back then.
If I remember right, we were like 40% on Cowart, 20% on Cece and I don’t remember on Ivey.
I remember being a little surprised we actually got Cowart.

Reading some FSU recruiting boards. Their fans are melting down over McCray. They thought they were about to flip him and then saw he’s visiting Auburn this weekend. One guy claims his niece works for OTV, and that there’s no way they can outbid us. Seeing posts like “but they lost to NMSU!” So of course I had to remind them about Jacksonville State ruining their homecoming.

McCray going from FSU Friday to Auburn Saturday had to deflate that board pretty hard. I don’t know if we flip KJ or McCray but we’ve taken a lot of nice things away from them lately
