My answer was to a specific post about the sec schedule expanding. It is not. When has Auburn had it easy in its schedule?
Nothing has changed, depth has always been vital for a run, but to your original point, adding one to two more games makes it even more so due to the expanded playoffs.

Knock on wood but the one difference so far in this full recruiting class is that we are not really worried about our highly rated recruits decommitting. Anybody worried about Perry decommitting? Not me. We had to worry about getting played by a lot of Gus's big guys and we often did.

Feels nice man. Even the transfer portal seems to have stabilized. We have not lost 10 by now unlike the last few years.

On a side note, FSU not getting into the playoff may help us with KJ Bolden. If they can go undefeated and left out, why go to the ACC when you will never compete for championships.

That's irrelevant moving forward with the playoffs expanding.
