The teams ranked 3, 4, 5, 7, 11, 12, 13 all have transfer QBs. It has not been difficult to find quality transfer QBs that can come in and help you win.

Damn… noting that the fact they can now command huge sums, it’s the age of mercenary players until something changes I guess. Basically I am coming around to accept the reality that NIL is going to be the difference maker until they change the rules.

Zero parts of me understands the resistance in bringing another guy in.
Our odds are still better out of the portal for a rental QB. Our best QBs in recent history are of this variety. And either way we’ve got a situation where we’re no worse in an environment where it’s not as punitive to lose guys

Yeah, it seems like fool’s gold unless you genuinely don’t have serviceable players on campus.
People are usually transferring because things weren’t going great at their last school, and now they have to learn a new system gel with the new team.
Throne’s ceiling is probably higher than how he played last year, and if Freeze thinks Geriner is developing well I don’t see why he’d emphasize a transfer QB.

What's going on with Cam Coleman to Clemson rumors? Seeing another site saying we have lost him to Clemson, I thought he wasn't going to commit/flip until after he is done with HS football.
