Everyone knows when Sanders boys are out of eligibility Deion is bolting as well. His health is poor and appears his work ethic is lacking by his recruiting.

People talked a lot of shite about folks not snatching him up but he isn’t going to pan out as a coach IMO

I think he could've had much more success at Auburn with our resources but he's going to flame out at Colorado.

Very good pickup. Had a UGA offer.

Good looking DL class so far, edge included. Faulk, Crawford, Autry, and Edwards are all top 250ish guys right now

Looking at 247 it says our 2025 class is ranked 5th now.

Looking at our highest ranked commits (12 5 stars) recruiting is a crapshoot even at the top.

Highest rated players in order:
Cowart- Bust
Derrick Brown- Boom
Michael Dyer- Bust
Tray Blackmon- Bust
Montravious Adams- Boom
Caddy- Boom
Christian Westerman- Bust
Carl Lawson- Boom
Roc Thomas- Bust
Owen Pappoe- Boom (slightly)
Calvin Ashley- Bust
Tre Williams- Boom (slightly)

LINK

I give Tre Williams and Pappoe slight booms although they were largely disappointments but they were good kids so I'll give benefit of the doubt. Likewise I am giving Dyer a dud since his attitude tanked his career.

Next tier down Trovon Reed rated higher than Bo Nix. lol.

4* OL Coen Echols quotes

quote:

The visit went great. The crowd was unreal. I’ve never experienced anything like it,” Echols told On3.

“It was unreal,” he continued. “It felt like I was dreaming. It was so unreal. The stadium was rocking while they were yelling. In the fourth quarter, when they doing the swag-surfing, that was really cool. It was just an awesome experience.”

quote:

“I saw a lot of things on this visit I didn’t see before. I got all my questions answered and it opened up a new reality for me,” he continued. “Me and Auburn are pretty close. I trust Coach Thornton, Coach Freeze is a great coach and he’s gonna change Auburn around pretty quickly. He and Coach Thornton and Peyton, we’re really cool and we agree on all terms. The whole recruitment between me and Auburn has been great, and hopefully, our relationship can continue to grow stronger.”

He did the interview with a national guy at On3. If this doesn’t sound like a commitment then I don’t know what does

I don’t think I’d call Dyer a bust per se. He produced when he was here for his 2 seasons.

Would be a 6th year guy with 1 season to play.

3 year starter at Southern Miss.

I would definitely not mind having some Tray Blackmon headhunter types on our LB corps. I am sure if he was playing today, he would be ejected in the first defensive series

Chad Simmons at On3 seems to think Auburn is in the mix for 4* DL Charleston Collins

quote:

The buzz: Pine Bluff (Ark.) Wilbur B. Mills defensive lineman Charleston Collins is expected to take some visits in the coming weeks. The Arkansas commit is hearing from multiple programs, but the ones with the most buzz around them are Auburn and Ole Miss. Lane Kiffin’s program has been in the headlines as the biggest threat to flip Collins from the Razorbacks, but Auburn is right there too. Collins is not expected to make a final decision until closer to Dec. 20, but I see Auburn and Ole Miss as schools to watch. If he gets to LSU, they could become one as well.

Yeah I could easily do that. What about 5 star Jovon. He was like a five tool RB with no head.

He started 2015 in the doghouse. He overshadowed Peyton Barber in the second half when he wasnt benched, and became bowl game MVP.

Looks like an exodus in progress at Arky. A top LB entered the TP, also another big bodied WR also just left…

It's the one perk of not being in the SEC championship. It always seems like alabama's best classes are the years that Saban has the extra week to recruit instead of preparing for a game.

Freeze is in the same orbit when it comes to recruiting prowess.
