And the yella fella.

The whales move the needles. I've got no interest in paying to NIL on top of what I already pay/give to the school.

money is going to be the deciding factor with these big time recruits moving forward. Just the way the game is evolving.

One thing is for damn sure, Auburn needs to take care of their bag men. 5* recruits change programs.

I donate 34 a month to it, but I honestly feel like you get nothing tangible in return.

Wish they could work some kind of on to victory deal out with Peter Millar or other clothing companies because the current line of clothing isn’t great and make them exclusively sold to OTV members.

That would make a lot of sense. We could also pickup an apple sponsorship.

Why do people still think apple is going to be a thing? It’s not

4 '25 commits right now. 1 Edge, 2 DL, 1 OL.

That's exactly how I want to see that class built.

The coaches have some liability in regards to this. When you field a team and show absolutely ZERO improvement through the season you are almost guaranteed to lose some of the fanbase and it doesn’t exactly make people want to pull their wallets out and give more money.

Still think Chex’s sauce is a too optimistic but never hurts when these guys keep showing up.

Surely RW can see he is day 1 starter and could easily break all of the WR records here.

Pinkston thinks this is similar to the Collins situation where Auburn is moving on. I guess we’ll see

And those same people will get on here and gripe about not winning

Maybe there should be message boards for those who want to waste their money on stupid shite like NIL and message boards for people who like to spend their money on other things

College football fan segregation

Yup. We cut ties with him.

I’m fine with how this staff operates. I’d much rather cut ties than have them end up on scholarship and take a roster spot up. The previous staffs wouldn’t do that even though there were plenty of kids they should have done that with.

"Stupid shite" aka recruiting.

How would you be able to talk recruiting at all? If you dont care that Auburn does bad in recruiting dont bemoan it.

And how are you allowed to ask for this when I dont want your irrelevant montevallo club fishing shite on this page but I get called out for it. NO SALT!!!

Believe I saw something of him being invited the AL/MS all-star game. Could have been someone else I guess.

Senior film hasn’t been what the coaches expected or wanted from what I just read.

I never said, I don't care about recruiting. I just said I'm not gonna give money to a billion dollar school to give to 18 year-old kids so they will possibly come and play football for a team that I have no vested interest in other than just cheering for them. I give money to a lot of causes, this is just an absolute absurd way to waste my money

I don’t care what anyone says about NIL. I hate it but I care enough about the team that I will do my little part and I don’t care what they offer back. I don’t need a shirt bumper sticker birthday card meeting or call with a player. Just get the players needed to win. No I know my little bit doesn’t make much of a difference but a crowd funded collective could. And those that thinks that yells fella and Harbert should pay out coaches and build facilities their bank accounts aren’t endless plus both are getting old as dirt. Think their kids are gonna do the same? Doubt it.

I want top 5 classes. Give me 4-5 of those in a row and let’s see what happens. If it doesn’t work out with championship then I’ll shut my mouth about it and hopefully by then we have some type of rules around NIL and conferences step in not with a salary cap but some direction to equal the playing field of something like total 4 compensation package by percentage each year and half is put back for when you graduate. So you get 15 percent year 1, 25 year 2, 30 percent year 3, 30 percent year 4. You do not get your 1/2 that was put back for you unless you graduate. Only way I see this working and only way if all participants (teams) agree to similar terms
