Oh man it's no problem... new and low post count folks gotta do what we gotta do to get cred here. It's stressful and I've heard it can cause a rash when people think you're an alt.

I'm still betting JS plays all the way to the 4th.

WDE!!!

Any one that cant figure out why it is a bad idea to play Stidham probably needs assistance tying their shoes

So now we are actively rooting for players to quit on their teams? Or better yet, when a guy doesn’t quit we should just say “screw you”. Again, this fricking place man

I don't mind Stidham playing. I just think that normally a bowl game like this would be a chance to give the youngsters a greater chance to get some experience.

But Gus is on a scorching seat, and I worry he will overvalue this game to the point of not giving those guys playing time.

I know right??? Why not get Guinness glasses? But at least it's on tap!

I hope JS only plays the first quarter and we get to see some of the other guys like Gatewood!

It's simple

Stidham: I am going to move on

Auburn: We are going to move on as well. Thank you for coming here but we need to get moving in the right direction ASAP. Your services will not be needed in the bowl game.

It doesn't have to be ugly.

Yep!

I seriously can't understand why he would play unless he believes a good showing will help his draft

I’m not one to bash players for not playing in bowl games if they are 1st round guys and don’t want to risk injury, but I’m certainly not going to bash or hope a kid will not finish the season.

Besides, the person who needs the game experience isn’t on the team yet.

Nah. You play the team you have to get them all the experience you can. So if you get a new loaner or transfer or player that takes the reigns, at least his future backups have real game experience.

So we should bench every senior and junior they believe will leave early? This is lunacy

If stidham wants to play let him play. He gave a lot to this program and led us to a fairly solid season last year (despite the Gus bus breaking down at the end). Did he live up to the hype? No but he wasn’t in a terrific position to either lol. If he feels like he wants/needs to play his last collegiate game then let him. If there’s no point in letting Stidham play then there must be no point in letting Deshaun Davis play bc we need to get the young linebackers reps. See how stupid that sounds?

Now now, keep your logic and basic reasoning to yourself.
