While you're right that it would have been better to knock it down, but you coach guys to be aggressive. You can't fault guys for making plays, even if they're coached to knock it down there.

A sometimes result in that kind of play in "trying to knock the ball down" is hitting that oblong ball wrong and instead of down you tip it up and bad things happen.
