Let's please not try to poo-ppo this loss away. It sucks to lose a game whenever you play. This was a big game going into the off-season, for recruiting, for image. Any loss is a bad one. This game was no different. We lost to a team that can't throw the football for shite.

Team is lacking. Play calling was straight up early 2000s Boise on that last drive. Big ten teams are not slow. You have to move the ball forward. Not side to side.

Our FG kicking is beginning to piss me off also. We lost a few games this year because we couldn't connect.

3rd and Roof, 3rd and Chiz/Van Gorder 3rd and Ellis, 3rd and whoever the frick they propped up in the booth today. The trend continues. AU teams have consistently checked out on 3rd down going all the way back to Chiz.

Building a program is a process. It's not done in two seasons.
People need to take a deep breath and trust malzahn can get it done... and if he can't, then trust we can hire the right ugh who can.
Hopefully the way this season ended will open some eyes.

Also, look at what Van Gorder and Roof are doing at thier respective schools. They've had multiple years to build their systems. We have to quit being so trigger happy. Our players are confused as much as anything due to the constant changes
