Unfortunately, Dothan has a pretty shitty selection, thought I might pick some up this weekend.

Southside Market, as Jones pointed out, is solid. Small, but definitely good options. I'd also recommend a place called The Kold Keg over by Winn Dixie. Growler fill options are great and the bottle/can selection is arguably better than Southside. Definitely my favorite place in Auburn for beer at the moment. EarthFare on Opelika (Pepperell) also has a pretty good selection.

That place is awesome. I was chatting with the owner and mentioned a beer that I loved while visiting Cigar City Brewery, their Cubano Espresso Brown. He gave me a funny look and then said "come here real quick" and took me to the cold storage and showed me that they just got in a pony keg of it. I couldn't believe it and I told him to call me as soon as they tapped it and I went down and got a gallon of it on Friday at like 11am

For those of you in Bham, if you haven't been to the Piggly Wiggly on 31 in Homewood then you need to go. They have a freaking fantastic selection.

It's pretty good. I haven't had any in a while. The Birmingham brewing scene is almost becoming hard to keep up with.

Really the brewing scene in the whole state is blowing up. Hard to believe that not too long ago, you couldn't get much craft beer in Alabama.

The beer we got drink pretty good

same in GA. At Kroger today, they had Coors Light in bottles, 12 pack, 6 pack, in 16 ounce aluminum bottles, 24 pack cans, 18, 12, & 6 too. Pints in packs...I didn't know what to do with so many ways to buy the bullet.

Brooklyn (aka Portland East) obviously has a fair selection of microbrews if you're willing to pay for them. Luckily, one grocery store near me sells growlers/has a beer cave, and the prices are fair.

Last week I had Sculpin IPA, which was fantastic - would recommend if you like IPA's with citric undertones. I'm trying the Sculpin Habenero IPA for the game tomorrow until the half, at which I will transition to Evan Williams black for the following 18 quarters of AU football to help deal with our remaining season.
