Phil was legendary because he managed to be falling down funny without it being at someone else’s expense (unless you count mark
murphy and his man boobs).
Those that came behind him and copied him failed in that regard, and their humor often wasn’t good-natured; their antics were divisive and caused a lot of hard feelings over there.
EchoTiger is another one who could have us all in stitches without it being at someone’s expense, unless you are a poor Charter rep.
