So, Aaron Murray and Rick Neweasel were in the booth during the game. I didn't hear the broadcast, but my friend in Birmingham texted me this. Anyone hear this?:

"Neweasel says everything Bo does is like a half a step or cadence faster than everyone around him. He suggested that he would take his cleats away during practice to slow him down. Make him practice in regular shoes. Doesn't sound like a bad idea to me."

It doesn't sound like a bad idea to me either. I watched the cut-ups this morning and the play that probably frustrated me the most - aside from the drops - is the double-move that Bobo called that Bo gave up on. That was six points.

Aaron said it. And when he said it he was talking about the play you’re talking about

They made several obvious points during the game regarding said subject.

Taking a player's cleats away in practice to slow him down is frankly something I would have never thought to do. I was kind of thinking, 'Damn that's a really good idea.'

Coaches all cheat from one another so maybe someone can make a suggestion to Harsin and Bobo. Wouldn't hurt. As I'm watching these cut-ups on YouTube Neweasel and Murray make some really great QB comments, and Nix being a step too fast makes a lot of sense as you watch plays develop.

Bo has so much energy, and he seems to just think fast, it's like he's working a fire drill.

I always thought with his motor, he would have been a very good LB, too.

Nix looks better after he’s been running the ball some. Maybe tiring him out a little helps his adrenaline slow down.

When my dog’s too excited, CBD helps him calm down.

So nice to see one more Bo thread. Did he mention the WR dropping balls, Rb missing lanes, or the Oline missing blocks.

When I saw who would be calling the game I muted the TV and synced up my speaker through Tune-in to listen to Andy Burcham and Stan White. I think I might do that more often going forward.

I started doing this and never looked back.

I will say that even though I expect homerism on the broadcast, Andy and Stan sometimes take it way too far and assume Auburn can do no wrong. Easier to get past that, though, than the alternative.

You missed twister move, while running 15 yards backwards, sling it to the sidelines.
