Who knows. Boise is currently sitting 65th in the country with a bunch of 3 star guys from CA and TX. He will undoubtedly do better just on the AU name alone.
Although, he signed Boise State's 2nd highest rated recruit ever in 2019 class: 4* Pro style QB Hank Bachmeier from CA. It does seem like he can coach up a QB which is exciting considering our QB play the past 6 years.

Since he has a background as qb coach and as an oc that would open up the door to a Dell McGee being OC. That would solve a lot of his recruiting issues right out of the gate

The ONE caveat is this is the second time Harsin replaced Gus. He did so at Arkansa State as well. Gus basically hot seats coaching careers for Bryan.
