Seems like the keeping D staff was a lie (looking at you Ron Sanders) Just need some assurances that our rich guys will stay in their cage.

I honestly believe Napier is the absolute best hire Auburn could make if everyone would get out of his way.
Instead, we will miss on him and he will end up the head coach at LSU in 2 years and we won't win in Baton Rouge for another 20 years.
The guy is a hell of a coach and an even more impressive person from what I can tell.

Lane Kiffin supposedly isn’t realistic, but they said the same of Hugh Freeze. Kevin Steele will kill Auburn, as would Neal Brown. Bill Clark, Steve Sark, Billy Napier, both Clemson coordinators, etc have all turned us down.
