Give me Napier over Cristobal.

Also, some talk that Napier blew the committee away - which would explain the rise in that camp this morning.

I mean, it's a possibility. After all, ULL did make a big deal when Napier turned down USCe and said he was staying, and now a month later he might be leaving.

But I highly doubt it with Cristobal.

Yeah, there is probably like a 1% chance. Just not enough to repeat as a real possibility

I'd turn down USCe just based on the damn rooster crowing sound effect every 30 seconds, not to mention their affinity for horrible dance/trance/electronica music, Sandstorm before every kickoff. It was released in 2000, it's run its course, let go of the terrible song, USCe.

USC doesn't want to invest like the big programs. They want to be Clemson on Ole Miss' budget.

Would be very weird to agree to a raise then leave the next week. But weird things happen I guess

I have a strong feeling it’s really gonna happen. Auburn is going to hire Napier. And I hope everyone cancels all of their subscriptions.

MM poured a little cold water on the idea that Napier was a done deal (on Napier's part).

Sun belt all first team was announced.

Only one player from UL was on it. So if Napier turned in an 10-1, 11-1 however many wins season, with their only loss being by 3 to CC, with that kind of roster, sign me up.

If he comes out at an introductory presser and says "60 minutes" when someone asks him how he'll be Bama, I'll be fully erect.

My in-laws are huge S Carolina fans and they consider that one of their best traditions. I actually had to stop myself from laughing in their faces the first time they told me.

The definition of tradition is something that is passed down, generationally. This stupid song, by the very definition cannot be a "tradition" for some time. It's a terrible song, and it was completely meant to last a season or two, not to be glammed onto by a institution lacking any tradition, and played forever more. I'm sure even Darude doesn't want to hear the song this much.

Maybe. But they'll keep cashing those royalty checks. Which are probably only for like 20 bucks if USCe is just streaming it off Spotify.
