Clark interviewed today. He was told that if he’s offered the job they want him to keep certain assistants and he told them no...but auburn called him back later and now they’re meeting in person tonight at the Sheraton. Clark told him they had to come here if they wanted him. Not sure if they’ve changed their mind about the assistant part of they’re talking again.

Why do you believe these goofballs?

Just read the text. "Clark told him they had to come here if they wanted him.". Come on. No coach would say that.

Sounds just like our BB search when Mike Anderson of UAB told Auburn they had to come to him to interview him.

There are a lot of wasted posters on this site...

It has been pretty well documented he has never been in a rush to take a head coaching job and is very choosy about the opportunity to become a HC. it has nothing to do with people not wanting him. He enjoys being a coordinator.

That's true. And a lot of it has to do with the fact that his boys play for Clemson. No way he wants to accept a HC job if he wants to be around his sons, and watch them play.

So there's that too....

Lol. I laughed at that too. It’s 2020, a pandemic, and these guys have cell phones and agents. Bill Clark would never have the leverage to tell AU to come to him. Good lord folks

They really need to do a better job of regulating edits to pages on wiki.

Sark should be on down the list at 3 or 4.

Can Bill Clark recruit? I assume it's an unknown at this stage but really don't know that much about him.

No one wants sark. I could drink two bottles of wine and coach the bama offense to a win.

Source: I’ve had a bottle and confident I could call deep posts to smith and handoffs to Harris.

We could do a lot worse then Sark, and, as it so happens, our AD, typically does exactly that..
