Some guy on the Bunker asked Jay Tate if we're just doing these interviews with Sarkesian etc. as a show to be like "hey look we did all these interviews" before hiring Steele, and he responded by saying that's exactly what he sees happening.
This entire situation is out of control and mind blowing even by Auburn standards. The stuff thats going around is enough to make you fume.

Do they think that will stop the revolt if old man river Steele is hired? If so, that’s even dumber than the idea of hiring him. They can enjoy the stadium being empty.

First of all, I don’t see how they could hire Steele in the first place.

I still refuse to believe much of it, but I stopped having fun on Tuesday. This is such unbelievable bs.

The only way I can stomach Steele is if the PTB can lure Napier in as the OC / Associate HC / HC in waiting (officially or unofficially) with a fat raise. I doubt they can lure him for that role, but the two of them do know each other from coaching at Bama at the same time a few yrs ago.
