If we hire Bill Clark his assistants will all be from UAB / USA / Jacksonville State. Maybe even high school. We won't be able to pull big names here they'll want more money than the DC is making

It is pretty fantastically entertaining, if not killing me slowly. That's mostly Beaver and Rocky though

Another issue with Clark could be hiring assistants. Do they respect Clark as a DC? What happens if we bring in an assistant who thinks they know better than Clark? I know they're supposed to be professionals, but ego is always an issue in coaching. Just something I happened to think about. Feel free to tell me I'm wrong.
