Money isn't the issue for him, I think it's more about being in control and being they HC.

That's what I don't understand. We'd offer him, and his assistants, money out of this world compared to these smaller schools, complete control over his side of the ball, plus the opportunity to work at a Power 5 school in familiar territory (SEC).

But instead he's interviewing for Houston? Showing interest in Pitt?

This is either Sexton BS because it's almost a done deal, or he's doing everything in his power to not have to be a defensive coordinator again. If the latter is the case, we oughta be on the phone with Barry Odom a week ago.

Can we all concede that Cole Cubelic is a douche for setting this shite off with the "BOOM!!" tweet?

I'm over all of this. I wish Auburn would just hire someone and get them on the recruiting trail.

Or you know you could just stop reading them...

Not waiting on Muschamp would be a mistake. I want this thing over but I'd rather wait another week and get Muschamp than get Clark or Odom now.

But for real though, I'd take the Pitt job if I were him. He's the biggest name they can hope to get so they'll throw everything at him. Pitt has some good players, James Conner is one of the best RBs in the country. Go there and have a good year in a weak ACC next season and he can immediately have people talking about him as a hot coach again and parlay it into sone thing it.
