That’s targeting regardless of who is tackling or running the ball after the TO.
Could be targeting on both but that was a terrible collision and what they intended to get out of the game.

The result of that play, in a sane football world, can in no way be “targeting”.

Yea two players not use to the role they were in. Dl running the ball and OL tackling someone.
