Not sure?

It's more of Dave Bartoo and secret sauces so no telling. Just had a feel good treading up vibe.

Means the 11 on field coaches, does not count all the coaches bama and UGA have as advisors.

Won't count Kent Austin for us

He's assigning essentially a performance grade for each coach based off of PY performance.

I don't think anyone knows exactly what the metrics are, since that's basically what he's actually selling as his product.

The takeaway here is that Auburn went from a really really bad staff to a really good staff. His grades and outputs on this sort of thing show a real correlation between the assessed ability of a staff and the actual outputs in terms of win/loss. He also tracks recruiting performance as well.

You can find pre-season interviews of his from before last season wherein he mentioned how bad he had the AU staff graded (particularly the OC and DC). Sure enough we all know what transpired on the field.

On the flip side, his firm's "claim to fame" has been being heavily involved with the staff building at Tulane and Oregon State using these coaching metrics. Those are two staffs that have significantly outperformed what anyone expects normally at those programs.
