Thorne is a problem at times. But as QB Auburn is averaging 6.5 ypp.
He isnt the problem.
When 20+ of those drives resulted in TOs.... Somebody is responsible for those TOs.

Insane the multiple ways we’ve found ways to lose. It’s unexplainable.

Can you say 20%?

Alabama A&M game padded the stats

Not often talked about, special teams have been pretty mediocre overall with some bad play that has not helped field position, cost us points, and at least one TO I can think of. Only one big play on ST for a TD and it was against NM.
Also, a key stat should be included with those stats in the OP: points scored.
Doesn’t matter what you do between the 20s if you can’t score.

1 game of 7? Please.
New Mexico as well.
We then turned it over many times in California and Arkansas games.
Failed at crucial moments of Mizzou game.
Georgia is just better than us.

Every team plays FCS calibers. Every school gets their stats padded. Not every school plays at Georgia. Im okay with it.

I don’t think we are fighting.
This season has been a sea of turnovers and missed opportunities for a team lacking talent at key positions.
It appears that our most talented players are very young. IF we can close the portal, continue to recruit well, AND find a QB in the portal, we can be back sooner.

I’m starting to think we are 2-5 because PT is just a loser. He doesn’t know how to win. Can make all the throws in practice and knows the offense yada yada but maybe it makes more sense than we realize when HF watched him last year and thought he could win with him after a good offseason. Hopefully he knows better now. Gotta find a gamer

The game is on the line I can guarantee the OL leaked like a bloody vag. Still not putting it all on Thorne. Sorry Charlie!

Happens a lot to every QB. Winners make plays.

Not if the deck is stacked against too much to overcome.
The Bo Nix act in Red Stick isnt in Thorne's arsenal.

Pete I agree special teams have not been special at all outside of Chapman.
I do understand running kicks out at certain times. Our offense is very sporadic so stealing a TD return could be huge.

New Mexico as well.
That was the cleanest offensive game of the season, even in a monsoon. Who played QB that game?
