Is crucial for development.

I’m glad they let him run a viable play.

It used to piss me off so bad when Gus would finally put the backup QB in, only to let him run the read option constantly.

Gustav used to let his backups play too, but usually not until he felt like his starters had enough game reps - which usually took most of the first four games, regardless of level of competition.

This and not recruiting OL. Two biggest problems with Gus.
