Love the idea in theory.

However

regularly identified as a rising star in NFL coaching ranks

This is always said yet he's had the same assistant role for like 10 years now. If he's "rising" why hasn't he gotten looks as a coordinator or something else besides merely a CB coach?

ETA: Should have read through the rest of the thread, I see it's been covered.

Lane

OL- Searles
RB/Assistant HC- McGee
QB- Craig
WR- Kodi

DC-T-Rob
DL- Garner
LB- T-Will
DB- Woodson if he'll stay
Find a consultant role for Kevin Greene.

I’m honestly tired of Garner. For the amount of talent we get, we routinely struggle to get pressure without blitzing.

He was offered the colts job and turned it down.

There is no way he is coming to college when he has NFL offers on the table

Yea, he does need to suck it up and go harder after true rush ends instead of these hybrid guys. We can bring Rocker back and make Rodney Recruiting coordinator.

Yup

Like I said, he is now pass game DC for GB and doing well

As I pointed out multiple times, it is a lot slower to rise up the ranks on defense in the NFL. Relative to other fast rising DCs + Def minded HCs, he is on a good trajectory

I personally can’t wait to have Kiffin tweeting insults like a teenage girl. Can’t you?

It was a joke man....if we’re going to dream about Gus actually being fired, we might as well do it big

Amazing the effect a trolling twitter account has on people. This dude is a fricking trainwreck, I’d rather Gus have a lifetime contract than this douchebag:
