K you keep on believing that. Nothing to see here. Obviously Blake had a great week of practice and was really flying around out there.

Not really sure what you are arguing. It is a fact that Magwood was benched for Muschalek. That's what caused the whole episode.

It has nothing to do what I believe. These are the facts that were represented through the Auburn propaganda machine the days before Magwood got doghoused.
You conflate potential with servicible. Yes Magwood's ceiling is vastly superior to Muschalak. But what does potential matter if there is no trajectory to reach it. Muschalak took care of business and Magwood did not. The fact is Muschalak was already taking his minutes before he got benched indefinitely. Fact is Steven felt Blake was more dependable. Fact is there are a shite ton of uber talented dudes that will never make it because of what is going on between the ears.
Take this from me! I was a Jovon Robinson truther. He was the spittiing image of a five tool RB if you ask me.

Taking emotions out of it, this is very plausible.
NepoPearljr has done everything in his wheelhouse to win.. other than keep the team together and motivated to generate wins

Magwood was benched to motivate him and it went incredibly wrong. That's what I'm arguing. The idea that Muschalek took his minutes is just silly

If you are going to argue when I say 12 pack and you tell me half a case then you are the real troll.
Nepo tried to motivate Magwood way before then. He openly talked about Magwood's defense in previous games.

Not buying that Magwood would have swung any SEC games. In 84 minutes of game time against power conf. opponents this year he scored 23 points on 30 shots.
Kaden Magwood shot 4 of 8 from the field, including 3 for 7 from 3-point range, and went 3 for 3 from the line to finish with 14 points. espn

Does zone defense mean anything to you? "They're almost daring Auburn's shooters to shoot."- Announcers throughout the first half.
We should have been shooting 60% from three last night. Other teams did so to Auburn against much stiffer defense.

I heard that one before against the directional schools. Random arse games like TJ Finley over Georgia Southern.

Dont be hating on the guy the coach isnt scared to put in the game just because your guy got 14 points. Pump the brakes a bit pal

Awestruck must have got her feelings hurt. Bless her!
Extrapolated his performance against SEC teams based on a performance against a directional school playing zone defense is where you're at and awareness isnt in your favor.

I axxed Grok about South Alabama's defense
Magwood's 14 must mean he is the GOAT!!
quote:
South Alabama, under coach Richie Riley, employs a unique "dare to shoot" zone defense that invites 3-point attempts, with opponents averaging a nation-leading rate of over 62% in 3-point attempts per field goal attempt. While this strategy packs the paint and often forces high-volume, low-percentage shooting, it can be vulnerable to hot-shooting teams, as shown by Auburn's 11-18 second-half 3-point shooting against them in the 2026 NIT
