Crowe has been running his mouth all season. He was talking bad about our leadership on the staff and our culture when we sucked. When we were on a five game winning streak, he was talking about how Lashlee and Steele both deserved the Broyles award. And he is still firing away.

Btw, I gotta agree somewhat. Great coaches adapt. I guess if Gus retains Lashlee, we'll see that he is too stubborn to try and change things up. And the down trend on offense will continue.

If there's one thing Gus seems to do well, it is maintain high spirits in the locker room. Even during last years shitshow, the team still stuck together and rallied around each other. And when we started 1-2 they could've easily folded after last year, but they didn't. That's good leadership both from the team, and the coaches.
