Love this hire, Gus didn’t try to out think himself or reinvent the wheel. Bicknell has 20+ years experience in the league and college. We actually have some ammo to get some OL recruits now. He should be able to go toe to toe with Pittman Cregg etc

I’m liking this hire as well.
NFL cred, plenty of college experience, appears to be a decent recruiter. Not a splashy hire, but then again I cant think of very many “splashy” OL coaches
Best of all, he’s outside of Gustav’s coaching circle, which theoretically should be a good thing.
