I'm not sure why you liked McRee better but for me both look to be great receiving options. McRee looks hungrier to develop into a great blocker & thus maybe the overall better TE.

Just have a preference for TEs that can stay on the field. McRee is a guy that can line up on the end at goal line. King probably splits out or is subbed for a 3rd tackle

King could get really big and thus is all a moot discussion. He’s an awesome pass catcher already. Lines up all over the place — HB, TE, our wide, and seems to enjoy blocking

Yup! The less we feel the need to sub the better.

If there are 477 players better then this kids please show me. Don’t believe it.

Will need some technical help early in his career but what high school player doesn’t. If he runs anywhere near a 4.5 then he should shoot up the rankings. Could see him landing somewhere around the 270s in final ranking but raw athleticism and hustle is great to see even if in a highlight. Great sleeper get early.

E, I don’t think Gus cares as much about subbing as he used to. He would rather get the personnel he thinks is best for the play. That changed about the time Bama went to smaller linebackers and all defenses started rotating more DL. Gus used to think 80-85 plays now I think it’s probably anything above 70. Sure he’s love to run 90 meaning he has the ball and controlling it the entire game but in my opinion he’s gotten impatient the last couple years and wants to score quickly more so then between the 40s you’re gonna see a deep strike almost all drives it seems. Reminds me of Spurrier at USCe.

ones, how believably is some of this?

Its not, If you and your whole family love AU, you don't choose their rival because you feel "second fiddle". We probably just got out recruited. For some reason our "insiders" always feel the need to come up with excuses when we get beat on the trail for top guys. It used to be "character issues"

General thread reminder (We mostly do a good job, I think)—

- Don’t copy and paste paid content.
- Summarize but please credit the source.
- If you know you’re reading info that isn’t widely known, let it breathe for a while before you post it over here.

I don’t want any hard feelings from the paysites or ruthless punishment from Chicken

They just unlocked VIP info so I’m gonna go ahead and post stuff. Just do whatever feels good o you. No official guidance

Per 247–

Auburn is in the middle of 4* WR Christian Leary’s recruitment. He will announce on the 6th. Auburn offered him before he was ranked

Going to be hard to pull 4* WR Banks from A&M. Lots of work to be done there.

Auburn is recruiting 4* RB LJ Johnson pretty hard right now. He’s connected to Davis in Houston. Another tough pull but something to watch for

For the day, anyone can access VIP posts on the board. Likely why we’ve seen all the separate scoops posted in the past few days
