Right now, I’m eating and drinking whatever I want. However, to get these last 10 lbs, I’m gonna have to diet. I’ll start it in Jan. My target race is in April. Gives me four months to train and lose 10 lbs. Pretty sure I can do it.

Also what I need to drop.

Give Noom a look if you haven't yet. They will give you a free trial for 2 weeks. I lost 13-14 lbs earlier in the year using with Noom, but Ive gotten lazy and picked back up about 4.

I don't eat really bad, but I haven't been really watching it either. I'm burning roughly 3500 calories a week running. Gonna lay off sugar, carbs, and beer starting Jan 1.

Lanier- they do indeed. I wouldn't call us a transportation company - we're more a photo prop, and a part of the reception decor - but very often we do drive the couple (ceremony to reception, reception to hotel, or both). We also do a lot of non-wedding special occasions -- milestone anniversaries, that sort of thing.
Keeping 50-90 year old equipment reliable is a fun challenge. We do a FB Live about every week showing what goes on behind the scenes in the restoration shop. I try to upload those to our YouTube channel but am terrible about it
Slacker- if I had to pick a favorite, that Lincoln you mentioned might just be it. FWIW, out of everything we have, I keep that one at my house. That's cool about the Model A's. I cut my teeth on those back in the early 2000s before we got the 29 Hudson, which is sort of the same idea in a bigger version. We still work on A's from time to time. There is a gentleman here in Birmingham who owns Homewood Music that has a 28 Model A for a daily driver, and we do the major service on it. I wish they still made things that would last 90+ years

Drinking a little gin on ice this evening. Taking it easy. Have a short run in the AM. Should be cold and rainy. Gonna try and donate blood afterwards. Never done that before.
Happy new coach Auburn Tigers!

We had our traditional Mexican feast and I made Rita’s. Lots of them.
Great night but it will come to a end soon. You just can’t drink tequila fir 6 hours and live to talk about it.

Just drinking some beers tonight. Wife pounding the gin drinks like it’s her job.

Congrats on the incoming wild sex.
Or prayers up for you having to hold her hair while she throws up.
Could go either way when the womenz start hitting the bottle hard
Merry Christmas to all
