Brandon Cox is better than Bo

Brandon Cox had a 5 star heart and mind. If he had even half of what Bo has athletically he'd be famous. One of my favorite QBs of all time

Mea culpa on Bo. I really thought he would play better than he did. He looks like the same qb he's always been. Can make some nice throws and wow you with some athleticism but he doesn't make consistent good decisions with the football. In 4 years and 3 different offenses it's probably time to admit he just is what he is, an athlete playing the position.

I think he will end up being a pretty solid performer for them by season’s end. Didn’t really expect any “wow” moments from him yesterday against probably the most talented defense in CFB.

He’ll light up the PAC12. If they get by BYU in week 3 they don’t face another decent team until Utah in mid November.

I don’t know why people can’t leave it at that. No matter how he plays against Georgia or Mercer on a different team in a different environment I still think he would’ve been our better QB this year. Somehow people disagree with that but at this point I’m tired of the discussion now that the new season has started. Can we not draw up a truce btwn the bigoted Bo haters and myself.

I'd still take him back. With him and Ashford behind him we would have a nice setup for a zone read based offense.

I hope Bo is able to salvage the season out there. He just doesn’t seem to improve. He is the same guy he was against Oregon in 2019. I think a lot of this is just misfortune. I don’t think he was done any favors in the development area with his dad as his HS coach and then Gus at Auburn.

Right now, I just hope we can get our QB issues figured out.

Agreed about Cox. One of my favorite AU QBs just because his heart. Was he great? Nope. But the guy was a gamer and would never quit.

I hope bo does well honestly but imo he quit on the team and was too emotional.

I wish we had Bo too...I miss having a tailback breaking an 80 yard run every game.
